Base Station

means a fixed radio transmitter and receiver station, which provides a link between the user terminal and core telecommunication network;

means the dissemination of any programme(s) through terrestrial or satellite communication medium or a combination of both, intended to be received by users either directly or indirectly, and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;

Basic Service Operators - They were permitted to offer “limited-mobility” services over Wireless Local Loop (WLL (M)) using CDMA technology in their coverage areas
